The products of this store are solf by Aihki Arctic Outdoor Oy (2906660-1). We sell products to people of legal age. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms, prices and shipping costs.


The products are ordered through the internet from

All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price, the shipping costs and the ordered products. Receiving the confirmation requires that a valid email-address is used when making the order.

By ordering, you accept the terms.

Order and payment confirmations

We send an order confirmation by email that includes:

  • Product listing of the order
  • The charged amount
  • Tax-breakdown

You can use your user-account to check your orders, if you have registered for one when making an order.

You will also receive a confirmation of payment from our payment service provider Paytrail Oyj, which states the sum, the payment ID and the date. In questions related to payments, please contact Paytrail. (020 718 1830 /

Payment methods

The prices for the products and shipping is calculated when completing the order In our store, the following methods of payments are available: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Visa, MasterCard, Collector lasku- ja osamaksutavat, ja Mobile Pay. The payment is completed through the Paytrail site.

Payment service provider

The payment services in our webstore are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with finnish banks and credit providers. In your bank statement, Paytrail will appear as the recipient of your payment. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of reclamations, we primarily ask you to contact the supplier of the goods.

Shipping methods and delivery time

We mail our products at least twice a week: on mondays and thursdays. We aim to deliver the products as soon as possible after the completion of the order if the product is in stock. Your order is delivered by your chosen delivery method to your chosen point of reception. The costs of shipping depend on the size of the order The costs and options for shipping are presented in the cart and checkout pages As your delivery method you can choose:

  • Posti domestic parcel (Finland)
  • Posti home parcel (Finland)
  • Posti Smartpost (Finland)

The size of the order may limit the number of shipping methods The costs and options for shipping are presented in the cart and checkout pages.

You can track your order by using the tracking code that is in your confirmation mail. Tracking code is available for orders delivered by Posti, Matkahuolto or DHL.

The delivery time depends on the method of shipping and the date of order. Domestic orders within Finland are delivered within 1-3 weekdays from order. Foreign orders deliverytime varies by country of order. (3-14 days)

Returns & Product changes

By order of the Finnish consumer protection laws, you have a 14 day right for product change or return. This is valid only for unused and resellable products in original packaging. If you wish to change or return your products, please use the return form to notify us beforehand.

With your product change or return, please attach the following information:

  • Order number
  • Date of order
  • Your name
  • your address
  • your phone number

Customer is responsible for the costs of returns.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. Once the return has been accepted, we will return the money via Paytrail. If the payment is made using a card, the funds will automatically be returned to the card. If the method of payment has been invoice or part-payment, the invoice will be cancelled.

Problems in shipping / damaged goods

If a product goes missing during shipping or you have been delivered the wrong product, please contact .

Notification of faulty delivery or product needs to be made as soon as possible. If the packaging has been damaged during delivery, please file a reclamation to the logistics provider.
